We first used The Plan Shop to assist with the design of a difficult attic ensuite space. As we both work full time, we found the team to be very flexible with meeting times that suited us and the time spent by the team on site meant the ultimate design exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process they consulted and shared ideas so there was minimal rework required with the final plans.
We then used The Plan Shop to assist with design and lodgement of a DA. Living in a catchment area that requires environmental reports, heritage reports and many other local council requirements, they take care of everything including seeking advice from lawyers when we found ourselves in a challenging situation with the council. Being able to outsource this to the experts at The Plan Shop really took some stress out of a challenging situation.
